RoRos are also available, mostly from Manila and the province of Cebu, Take a bus from Cebu City to Lilo-an or Bato, then take a 20-30minute ferry ride to Sibulan, 20 minutes away from Dumagueteabout 4.5 total travel time. Several daily air-con and non-air-con buses. Ferries leave from Sibulan between 5am to 5pm. To get a bus to Lilo-an you must play the game chasing against time; seats are limited and if you don't get a chance to be an early bird in booking a ticket, you'll probably end up sleeping in the bus terminal waiting for the next day's routes.

First Ceres bus trip leaves Cebu at 1:45 am and the last trip departs at 6 pm. On the other hand, the first bus for Cebu from Dumaguete leaves at 3:15 am and the last bus at 2:00 pm. There are several trips in between.
